TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS:

Pet Friendly - $250 Non-refundable pet fee, max 2 pets, max 50 lbs.
No Parties or Events, No loud music outside of home
Quiet Hours due to Private/Gated HOA community - 10pm to 7am
Maximum Number of Guests - 12
No smoking in or around cabin, or disposing of trash outside
Remove trash from inside and place in outside locked receptacle
Place towels in bathroom shower upon departure
Empty fridge upon departure
Wash all dirty dishes and start dishwasher with dish tabs left for guests
Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account and they will be asked to vacate immediately.
This cabin is on a septic system; it cannot handle food scraps, wipes, nor toiletries. There is a basket in the kitchen sink drain to stop food from going down; empty this basket into the trash as needed and at the end of your stay. Toilets can only handle septic-safe toilet paper.
Do not flush hygiene products, wipes, nor excessive tissue, EVEN ONES MARKED AS FLUSHABLE, as this will cause a blockage and render all plumbing unusable. - All trash must be BAGGED and TIED in kitchen-sized 13 gallon bags, then placed in the outdoor trash bin.
The trash company does not have a dump truck; they pick up each bag individually. Dog poop bags must be bagged and placed inside trash bags as well. Please be mindful of this.
Trespassing and disorderly conduct is prohibited.The discharge of firearms, uncontained fires, the lighting of fireworks and all other activities which create a threat to the health, safety or welfare of other residents are strictly prohibited on the grounds of any short-term rental and neighboring properties
Drive to Cabin - gravel road until you arrive to gated entrance and paved road in private community, paved driveway with total of 4 car maximum, no parking on street. 4x4 vehicle not required by recommended. Cabin is under exterior video security surveillance.
Property managed exclusively private property management and all bookings are subject to terms and conditions of management, and rental agreement. Report all accidental damages to property manager.
